Privacy Policy
Information we collect
When you send a form on this site — the newsletter signup or the contact form — we receive what you type (usually your name, email address and message). Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. We use the information to reply to you and to send what you asked for.
If you join the newsletter we will email you new episodes, investor insights and resources. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Audio, video and embedded media
Episode audio is hosted by Buzzsprout and streams from their servers when you press play. YouTube videos load only when you click play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) player. Those providers may log technical information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.
Analytics and local storage
We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information. The site stores a single setting in your browser — your light or dark theme choice — so it can remember it on your next visit.
Third-party services
The community is hosted on Skool, guest interviews are scheduled through Calendly, investor-list signups for Kaizen Properties are collected through Monday.com, and our apps are distributed through Apple’s App Store. Information you give those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.
