Who is Gabe Petersen?

Gabe is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and host of The Real Estate Investing Club Podcast. After years in corporate America — including time at Microsoft and other Fortune 500 companies — he wanted more freedom, flexibility, and impact. He turned to commercial real estate, and that decision changed everything.

Since 2020 he has completed wholesale deals, flips, and commercial acquisitions across the United States. His portfolio spans self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, and RV parks — acquired and stabilized through his investment company, Kaizen Properties, with a focus on undervalued assets that generate consistent cash flow and long-term appreciation.

Driven by a belief in continuous improvement — the meaning of “kaizen” — Gabe built The REI Club to share his lessons, connect investors, and open the door for others.
