Since then he has invested in a couple of SF flips and rentals and transitioned to multifamily last year with a focus on apartment syndication. He has passively invested in 128 MF units and is the host of the “Prosperity Through Multifamily Real Estate Investing” Podcast. He also co-hosts the South Texas Multifamily & More-Houston Chapter Meetup. Cody has great advice for investors.
