In this episode of The Real Estate Investing Club I interview Lior Rozhansky, Lior Rozhansky is the present and managing member of Floral Capital LLC. Lior has years of experience in the multifamily investing space, with his first acquisition coming at the age of 23. Since then, he has built up a large multifamily portfolio valued at around $30 million through strategic partnerships with capital partners, real estate investors, and other key stakeholders. Along with multifamily investing, Lior has years of experience in the real estate brokerage space and runs one of the top teams in the Boston area. Lior holds a bachelor of science degree in Biochemistry from Brandeis University.
