In this episode of The Real Estate Investing Club I interview Aaron Kreymer, from Baltimore, MD. Professionally, Aaron works in the commercial construction industry and his RE investing journey started at the beginning of 2021. He started with local Baltimore SF properties and completed a few deals, at the beginning of this year he started to focus on CRE and MF and transitioning away from SF. He's currently an LP in a 120 unit deal in AZ. and is pursuing active roles withing CRE, specifically MF.
