In this episode of The Real Estate Investing Club I interview Robert Taylor, Robert Taylor is the founder of R Taylor Properties which has facilitated more than 60 home flipping projects and turned over a million dollars in profits since its inception. He uses unique methods to keep costs down and turn out profitable and appealing designs. His designs stand out from other flipped homes and by using a labor-only method he is able to be very hands-on and involved in the process. Robert has a fascinating story of how he got to where he is. He started out working in fast food in high school, worked his way to the top 1% of the company over the next 20 years, and then jumped head first into the home flipping business.
